Who we are and who may use the site

PokeTraders operates PokeTraders.ai, a community website for collectors of trading cards, sports cards, and card games. These Terms of Use apply worldwide wherever the service is lawful.

You must be 18+ to create an account or use PokeTraders. The service is not directed to children. If you are under 18, do not use this website or Discord login.

A site account is required. Discord login is the PokeTraders account. One account per person. Sharing, selling, or operating multiple accounts is forbidden.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping Discord and site access under your control. Anyone who frauds the system — including multi-accounting, bots, false identity, prize theft, payment abuse, or interfering with promotions — has financial liability for losses, costs, and prize value that result from that fraud.

Do not scrape, attack, or overload the site. Do not upload unlawful content. Do not impersonate PokeTraders staff.

Cards, pricing, and trades

Card images, catalog names, intellectual property, and pricing figures on PokeTraders are estimates for your own research. They are not offers to buy or sell, not appraisals, and not guarantees of market value.

PokeTraders is not a broker and not an escrow. Peer trades, pokes, and listings are between users. We do not hold trader-to-trader funds and we do not complete title transfer of physical cards.

Promotions and membership

Community prize drops are promotions of skill and operator selection, not chance-based contests. Official rules live at the Giveaway / Promotion Rules page. A Plus or High-Roller membership is a subscription or status — not an entry ticket — and does not increase your chance of selection.

Changes, disclaimers, and contact

We may change these Terms or the service at any time. Continued use after a posted change means you accept the updated notice. The site is provided as-is during Open Beta. To reach us, come to this website or the official PokeTraders Discord. We never reach out first by cold email, Discord DM, or bot.
