This page is a product notice for PokeTraders (PokeTraders.ai). It is not formal legal advice and does not create a lawyer–client relationship.

Children and age

PokeTraders is for users who are 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or anyone under 18. If you believe a child created an account, tell us on official Discord or this website so we can delete it.

Categories and purposes of personal information

We process account identifiers (Discord user id, username, and any email Discord shares at login), profile display name, inventory and scan images you upload, membership and invoice status, giveaway eligibility and winner records, access-code requests, feedback you send, and technical logs (IP, device, and security events).

Purposes: create and secure your site account, run the collector tools, operate promotions, process Plus membership payments, moderate abuse, debug outages, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information.

Third parties

We use these processors and service providers: Discord (login and community), Supabase (authentication and database), Vercel (website hosting), and BTCPay (Plus membership invoices). They receive only what is needed to provide those services.

GDPR / CCPA section

This GDPR / CCPA section applies worldwide to the extent those laws cover you. Categories of personal information and purposes are listed above. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Your rights include: access, delete, correct, opt-out of sale/share, and portability of personal information we hold about you, subject to law and security limits.

How to make a request: sign in on this website and use Feedback, or come to the official PokeTraders Discord and ask a staff member. We may need live identity verification before fulfilling a request. We will not require you to create a new paid account to exercise these rights.

Retention and contact

We keep account and inventory data while your account is open, and keep security and payment records as needed for fraud prevention and law. For cookies, see the Cookie notice. Questions: official Discord or this website — we never reach out first.
