Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, and other card brands, names, and artwork belong to their owners. PokeTraders does not claim that intellectual property. Catalog data and pricing on the site are estimates to help collectors, not licensed merchandise or official partner pages.

You keep rights in photos you upload of cards you own. You grant PokeTraders a limited license to store and display those images so the inventory, Trophy Room, listings, and promotions work.

DMCA and takedown

If you are a rights holder and believe content on PokeTraders.ai infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice by coming to the official PokeTraders Discord or submitting Feedback on this website. Include: your contact details, the work claimed, the exact URL or inventory item, a statement of good-faith belief, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the owner or agent.

We may remove material and, where appropriate, tell the user who posted it. Counter-notices use the same path. Repeat infringers may lose their account. This process is worldwide.
